The food was great and most of the entertainment was excellent. I would highly recommend this ship but be prepared for some frustration. Embarkation in Vancouver, BC, we arrived at the time our tickets specified. The lines were horrible! First we stood for over an hour in US Border lines. After that we were taken to a large room and seated for 45 minutes and offered water and restrooms. Then off to the cruise check-in line for another 30 minutes. We were so exhausted by the time we finally got on the ship! The final disembarkation was not much better. We had scheduled a shore excursion in Honolulu to the Arizona Memorial then a drop off at the airport. We were over an hour late leaving the ship and missed our ticket time at the memorial. Norwegian managed to get us new tickets but because of the delays we were unable to see several museums and displays.
