Very Loud, Room shook from a vibration around our room so bad the bed literally separated from a king to two twin beds, things were falling off the shelves in bathroom. I put a banana in the trash can in bathroom and was still in trash can 3 days later. I was very disappointed in the comfort of the bed. One of the pillows had a sour smell to it. The carpet in our room was coming up and the blow dryer did not work. I had no menu for 2 days in our room to order breakfast. They ran out of bud light, coors light, miller light while we were on our cruise and when we tried to talk to them in a nice way they did not want to hear what we had to say. It never seem to bother them. Very disappointed that we spent so much money and had such a terrible experience.
