Worst cruise ever all the way through. I got to the room and no king bed as requested. The keys I got belonged to someone else, not us, forcing us to go stand in line to get it corrected. I downloaded the HUB app and saw a drink special. I went to the bar and showed the bartender before ordering and she said it was a good special. She gave me the beer than went to get the bill which was a different from the advertised price. She walked off and I wait until she came back and it seemed like she was trying not to come back. I showed her the special again on my phone and she said she will fix it. She came back with the bill I looked before she walked off and told her it still doesn’t show the advertised price. She said hold on she would get someone. I waited for about 20 minutes and she kept avoiding me. I didn’t need this consuming me especially since we haven’t even sail off yet, so I left. The Room steward “Tony” introduced himself, I made small conversation and gave him a $20 tip, than he asked if I wanted my service in the morning or evening. Come to find out I could of selected both but he didn’t give me that option as he told me I need to select one or the other. With the exception of one night, we went to the dining room every night and our order was correct only once. The first night we were in the dining room over 1.5 hours and weren’t even brought a desert menu. We decided to leave so we could catch a show. I only selected this cruise because of the itinerary which I understand why it had to change but don’t understand why they didn’t give us comparable ports. Speaking of ports they skipped Cozumel telling us it was due to weather but other Carnival ships (Breeze and Freedom) went there that same day. I’m pretty sure they made a lot of money in the casino with that extra sea day considering this was a Premier Cruise. I was already losing confidence in Carnival and this did it for me and my wife. They aren’t trust worthy.
