As always NCL comes through and delivers a great cruise experience. Our third with NCL and this one like the others (Eastern Caribbean and Alaska) was about as good as it can get. Great ship, staff, food and entertainment. A great relaxing vacation and we are already thinking about our next cruise on NCL. The stateroom was very comfortable and quite big enough for two people. The balcony was also a nice size for two to relax with a glass of wine. The entertainment was plentiful and well done, as was the different activities available each day. The ports of call were fine and with the exception of Harvest Caye, we were able to get into town and interact with the locals and the culture. A perfect way to enjoy a week for sure. We are already planning our next vacation cruise and look forward to our next time with NCL.

Balcony Stateroom

Cabin BF

Very clean and had plenty of storage space. The overall size of the cabin was very good. The balcony was perfect for two. The bed was very comfortable.

Port Reviews

Harvest Caye

In Harvest Caye you are unable to actually leave the area and get to where the actual locals are to enjoy the interaction and the culture. If you like to simply walk off the ship and either swim in a pool or the ocean, as well as pay ridiculous prices for everything and have all the hokie tourist stuff, then this is the place for you. If you prefer to be miles away from this kind of thing, then stay on the ship and have cocktails on the boat and give this stop a pass.

Roatan

We got out of the tourist crap at the port and walked into town and enjoyed the local flavor of the island its people.

Costa Maya

We got out of the tourist crap at the port and caught a shuttle into town and a taxi back. Had a blast with the locals.

Cozumel

A very fun day in Cozumel, we walked right past all of the port tourist junk and headed up the coast road to all the real local things that were available. Found a great Mega Mart supermarket and bought all sorts of coffee to bring home at dirt cheap prices. Then found a couple of real cigar shops and got stocked up on some Mexican and Cuban cigars. Talked to some of the locals, walked some more and had tons of fun.
