We really enjoyed our two weeks on the Oceana. It is a beautiful ship both inside and out, and contrary to some of the other reviews the food was excellent and the service first class. The Café Jardin was very good value at only £7.50 extra per head.
Outstanding were the Headliners theatre company - other reviewers must have seen a different cast - their shows were remarkably well done. The talks by the lady pilot were most interesting.
The ship layout is a bit quirky - not all the lifts go to all decks which takes some getting used to; and a few things were out of order. We did however notice that standards were slipping a bit in terms of the dress people were allowed to getaway with in the evening. But the overall feeling was that it is a happy ship.
Good - but being right at the stern a bit far from the rest of the ship
