3 hours waiting to board at Southampton despite getting there for our allotted time. P&O and Royal Caribbean less than 10 mins.
Organised chaos on a Beautiful Ship, due to a lack of staff. Reception had 2 people and the ques were long and people getting frustrated.
Buffett restaurant poor, lacking quality. or one side closed. food stations were spread out and either empty or limited and not enough waiters
