The Enchantment of the Seas has consistent excellent staff and service. Everything is clean, the room service and housekeeping are excellent! Every meal, from room service, to Windjammer, to Dining room and Chops grill is above expectations! There is never a lack of activities to enjoy or participate in. The bartenders are friendly, helpful, and never make you wait. We have had several vacations on the Enchantment, and it never disappoints. Each time it feels a little like we're coming home again! When I'm looking for a cruise, I always check out Royal Caribbean first, and am always happy when it works out that the Enchantment is available with our schedule. Coco Cay is always a special day when we can relax on floats in the clear water of the cove. Who's not happy when a friendly waiter stops by your beach chair and umbrella offering an ice cold Coco Loco? And don't forget the delicious beach buffet! Always a wonderful experience!
