This was our 5th MSC cruise and 2nd in Europe. The itinerary is usually what attracts us, along with a reasonable balcony price. This was our first trip on the Preziosa. All the public areas were very nice, theater shows were good, room was clean, etc. The food served in the main dinning room and buffet food was fair to good, but never great, as was the service. The best meal and service we had was in the Eataly specialty restaurant. The pasta dishes were very good and teh servers were exceptionally attentive. It was a welcome break for the chaos at times in the buffet when we got in late past our main dining time (1st eating at 6pm). This cruise seemed to lack a bit for onboard activities we were interested in, but we took the opportunity to rest and we were busy off the ship most days anyway. The Safari lounge gets busy after 11:30, but other than that, it's a quiet cruise.
