Crew was great! Food - OK. Soda not included - ridiculous!!! Especially with all the money you spend?????? Lost over $2000 in casino and get a free cruise out of Florida...I live in PA.. What's up with that??? Suppose to get 1/2 my money refunded since we went to Maine instead of Bermuda. Got only $247.80 back. Spent close to 1000.00 on trip. How's that half????? And part of that was tax credit. Went to customer service on boat for assistance (two times) had to make calls to my travel agency from boat who told them we get at least $450.00 back and they said it would be corrected before we left the boat...still isn't. Suppose to go to Bermuda, due to weather went to Main and Nova Scotia. Main was great only because a stranger on the street helped us out. Not so good in Nova Scotia. No one had a clue what to do, where to go and sat on a stupid hop on hop off bus, with no air, waisted time and money on this. And to top it all off...was sick three out of the five days....GREAT TRIP....NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
