Nice experience. Facilities for children can be improved.

Traveled with children

This was my second cruise with MSC (first one was in August 2014 on Fantasia).

We travelled with 2 kids (aged 4 and 2) and I missed having a specific pool were families with small children could stay (with deck chairs, bar, etc). The small covered kid's pool in most of the time in the shadow and the water is cold.

The opening times of the kids' club for children under 3 is really scarce. The food, on the contrary, was varied and healthy.

Cabin Review

Balcony Stateroom

Cabin B2

Clean and spacious. It really makes a difference in terms of space choosing a balcony room rather than an oceanview one.

Port Reviews

Marseille

Very nice. No need of an organized tour. A couple of touristic trains departing from the port make different tours and take you to the basilica on top on the mountain.

Genoa

We went to Sante Margherita and visited Genova with an organized tour (not MSC`s)

Nice, but nothing really worth visiting. Feasible on your own.

Palermo (Sicily)

Nice walking tour but in a couple of hours you're done.

Sardinia

We used again an organized tour (this time I would recommend it if you want to visit the town) but does not have much to visit.
