Due to Hurricane Maria causing damage to cruise port in San Juan, the Fascination diverted to Jacksonville for two cruises. I'm platinum and thought we would board quickly. Unfortunately, one of the people in my cabin booked within 24 hours of sailing which caused confusion at JaxPort. He had to go through security twice and none of the JaxPort staff really didn't know how to handle it. In addition, the wrong cabin keys were in our packet. It took about 40 minutes to board the ship.

The ship was clean and the crew was friendly, but nothing really stood out to us.
