The staff were friendly; the ship was always clean, amenities were well done. We enjoyed the ports we stopped at; the excursions were well done. There was a slower group (for those who don't walk as fast) and this suited us very well. The connections with the busses were always great. They as well were clean and efficient. We would definitely recommend this cruise itinerary to anyone that wants a little luxury in their lives. We had laundry service as well (two pieces pressed daily) and this was a bonus for sure. Garments crease when they have been in a suitcase for a while. The weather was good, the onboard food was excellent, and there were two Octoberfest celebrations that were well done.

We loved the Cruise Director "Alex". He always went the extra mile to make sure that everything worked out. He looked after people with special diets I noticed. The ship's staff also did a good job with that too. We are not bothered by any food allergies, etc. but there were two ladies that I connected with that had problems. They said the ship really had addressed there concerns.
