Sail Date: Sep 2017
Cabin: Balcony

We had wished to enjoy Alaska and learn about the people and places. All we got was a boat ride and some food. Cruise offered no information about Alaska, made available only expensive commercial tours available to anyone that shows up, and were ill informed about Alaska.

We got bars, night club entertainment, and pretty plain food. Every "special event' was a sales pitch for something. Good entertainment (there was some) was only offered in a venue that was noisy and had competing activities in the same area.

The cabin was shopworn, had screws coming out of cover panels, had mold in the shower, and the water in the room was on one occasion actually yellow in color. Providing our own water or drinks was specifically disallowed.

A Balcony cabin on deck 9 aft. Near the aft stair. Not going to research my paperwork to find details.
