For older individuals and easier cruising. Not as many children on board quieter and easier on me. Enjoyed the food and towns we visited. Picked up gifts for all family at stops along the way. Due to Sept travel had end of year clearances everywhere. Had breakfast, lunch, English tea, dinner we seemed to be eating all day. When I wanted pizza there was a shop open making pizza. Dive in served great hamburgers, fries in many varieties. Bring a water bottle and fill up in the buffet area for your use and you won't have to pay for water on the cruise. Cola and liquor is costly but you can bring one bottle of wine each adult person and cola in carry on bag just remember to bring a wine opener since uncorking is expensive. The crew is so helpful you get used to it and when is over you will miss them. Your steward will leave you animals made of towels each night.
Great cabin quiet when others were talking or partying. Did have a bit of a roll and dip but got over the unease quickly. Bath was warm and cosy but did the job when needed. Purchase a clothes line don't use the one provided it is to flimsy. Took three days to dry the few wash I did. Bed is nice to sleep on small if singles but ok for two when doubled. Veranda is nice for glacier bay viewing. Too cold or wet most days to use but nice to go outside and see all around.
Beautiful weather that day saw moose, bears, calving ice.
Shop, shop, shop. Quaint little town.
Shop, shop, shop. Beautiful day and stores very close to ship.
Went in to Victoria so I could say I had been to Canada. Really missed getting passport stamped since no one wanted to see it but purchased from shop on dock and had fun with exchange of money.
