We got super lucky with our timing avoided Ivan chaos by one week, our thoughts and prayers go out to those not as lucky. So first time experience. Excellent value. I would say the only structural weakness was the Ocean kids club for that pre-double digit 8/9 age activities didn't keep him interested. Our son got bored and would check himself out and go back to the room. The younger cruisers, 7 and under loved the activities. My only other complaint is that the pools are so tiny it's nuts. The dining room staff were amazing, hard working attentive, they realized the kids loved lemons so they had cut Lemmons every night, they renumbered names, yadda yadda. The family dinners at 6:00 pm for ten was almost everyone's favorite part of our cruise. More information needs to be given on ports , unless you are on a Carnival excursion or carnival shopping (diamonnds International) you get very little info.

FYI

Aruba rustic if you want to shop outside of port go to Palm Beach tell your taxi driver you will double the fair if they pick you up, Round Trip. No Private beaches on Aruba don't pay for Beach excursion

Cabin Review

Balcony

We got a new cabin steward who was not good, the balcony became my clothes dryer. Bring a power strip, use public bathrooms on 12, by the spa, extra big showers, plush towels, courtesy sauna, nice gym nearby. being on 9 forward was convenient for hitting ten with mini pool and guys burgers.
