I have cruised on Carnival and Norwegian and now Royal Caribbean. This was much nicer than Carnival but equal to Norwegian. The ship and staff are very accommodating. Everyone is nice and helpful. The food is fantastic and there's plenty. You will not go hungry on this ship. The rooms are cleaned and picked up twice a day. Once with a general cleaning, fresh towels, and clean linens and again in the evenings with a bed turn down and pick up of dirty towels. The automatic gratuity you're expected to pay once on board is way too high. Bar drinks are already really expensive and then they also have an automatic gratuity added to them and the pool bars are very slow to serve you. The on board internet is outrageously expensive. One thing I would recommend; if you have children or are not a late night type don't do the late dinner seating. You'll miss the shows and activities because most of them are planned for 10:00pm or later.
