We chose Norwegian for the itinerary and familiarity with the cruise line. Unfortunately this boat is just too big, only adding people and not amenities. It's crowded and loud and our stateroom was tiny.

The customer service desk is located in the atrium where there is always something going on that makes it too loud to even talk to the people at the desk. Very poor placement. We practically had to shout to make ourselves heard and when you're dealing with a problem this only adds to your frustration.

The entertainment is good but activities not so great. The main dining room (Tropicana) is also just too big and loud so we did not enjoy our dining experience there. Don't book that one if you can avoid it. Taste and Savour offer the same menu in a much more intimate setting. As always, Cagney's steakhouse is amazing and our Teppenyaki experience was good fun and great food.

Balcony Stateroom

Cabin BD

The cabin was the smallest we've ever had on a cruise ship. Way too tight for 4 people.
