We were a little worried about an Azamara cruise with a 17 and 19 year old, but we all had a great time. The service was amazing, food was very good and the staff addressed each of our on board issues (gym temp too hot, and jacuzzi not open late enough). The hotel manager fixed the gym temp and kept the jacuzzi open 2 hours later one night while we were on the cruise. We would have liked it open much later every night though.

The DJ and gym classes kept my kids happy on board; with the comedy shows, concert in St Petersburg and of course the fabulous night with Lech Walesa entertaining us the most. We were also lucky enough to have the personable painter Eric Waugh on board. He not only painted a scene from every port, but at each live event which was fun and entertaining to be a part of.

We joined the cruise critic roll call before the cruise where we were able to get many great tips and joined in on a 3 day Russia SPB excursion with a great group of people. The roll call meet and great was fun and we got to interact (even karaoke) with a number of the people throughout the cruise.
