this was our first cruise ever so we didn't know what to expect. getting on board and checking in was so smooth. our cabin with a balcony was nice and roomy with plenty of storage. our room steward, sheran, was so wonderful...always smiling and attentive to our every need. we ate at a few places ...the main buffet was good but we were disappointed in the lack of variety of vegetables. we had mainly zucinni that was mushy with a few green beans and peppers thrown in. we did have a baked potato one night and that was nice. we were hoping for some broccoli and cauliflower on the buffet. the proteins were all good. the sports bar buffet was good...nice sandwiches and plenty of sides to choose from. we ate at the main dining room 2 nights. unfortunately our friend ordered a steak and it was totally overcooked. the beef short ribs were delicious as were the mashed potatoes. the breakfast in the main buffet was delicious. the pineapple and watermelon was so good. the sports bar was our main hangout. great drinks. alberto was our favorite server. so funny and very attentive. the nightly entertainment had something for everyone. our shore excursions were fun and what we expected. sorry we didn't do more. i appreciate the hard work of the staff to keep this cruise ship running in an orderly fashion. it was nice to have everything so well kept and clean. i can't wait for our next cruise!
