Norwegian Escape is a very large ship. It was very crowded on this particular cruise. The ship is modern but not elegant. The food was plentiful but of low quality. Meat was mostly chicken and ground beef or stew . Very rare lamb or steak. Almost zero fish. Service in public areas and restaurants was good but horrible in customer relations and future cruises. State rooms were very small and staterooms were not well cleaned . Entertainment was mediocre and there were very few interesting shows. They were crowded though since there were not much choices. The cruise was apparently cheap but every thing on the ship cost money which can add up to a lot. The casino has a modern and nice machines but don't expect to win any money. Odds were apparently fixed to give back the minimum.

Embarkation was reasonable. Specialty restaurants had a reduced menus than previous Norwegian ships and the food quality was inferior. This is probably done because most customers have the specialty dining bonus. The main theater seems to have the latest technology but it was small for such a big ship and seats were uncomfortable and small.
