Very disappointed in many ways. First, the ship is dirty-very dirty. The windows in restaurants and main floors are not washed..saw the same load of bird poop on deck 5 all week. LaCucina's windows were disgusting. In the observation deck men's bathroom, someone puked. another person told staff. They merely wiped it up. everyone was complaining how it was still visibile and smelly.

Our cabin steward was grumpy, failed to give us our dailies several days, including the day of the laundry special, so we missed it. He just tidied up, place never smelled clean. He was scared of his own shadow. I am so used to fun, friendly stewards.

The mini suite was nice, but the bathtub is so high, and hard to get in and out of. Very unsafe. Also, bathroom tiles had mold. I took pictures too! Read more
