A good deal always has some items/events that will blind side you. Our first day aboard felt like third world as crew hounded and begged for you to purchase drink packages. My first encounter lasted three to four minutes as the staff member followed me from the elevators to the Oceanview cafe and even suggested that I just buy one package for my party and share. Three other encounters with staff before I suggested to the fifth person that I would jump overboard if anyone else tried to sell me a package. I found most staff to be quite congenial once the pressure to push the package was no longer an issue. Food was quite disappointing as flavor was lacking, pork on one occasion was close to raw. I found that food was either under or over cooked and very bland, with the exception of the Indian food with was ever present. Towards the end of the trip I quit giving my honest opinion about my experience as the supervisory staff was quite intimidating. If food is not an item of interest, you'll enjoy this cruise, but remember that the room key add to your bill, everything costs, and in most cases a lot. On the positive side, I found the crew to be quite congenial once the need to sell was gone. Cabin was well above par with some other lines. Security is excessive and overbearing, almost to an oppressive mood. Will I recommend Celebrity, yes with caveats, will I travel Celebrity again, not very likely.

Port area is a great area to explore and discover
As I remember the town when it was just a town, the commercial aspects had just turned it into a tourist attraction
Excellent to enjoy the natural surroundings
