My husband and I chose this cruise for 2 reasons, we are elite on Celebrity and the itinerary. We both needed some destressing and felt the itinerary met our needs for relaxation. We had also never been to Bermuda.

We originally booked an Aqua class room as we have thoroughly enjoyed Blu on previous cruises, but a Celebrity suite was available for a realistic monetary upgrade so we went for that. We were not disappointed! The embarkation process was so wonderful. We were checked in very quickly and escorted onboard to Michael's Club to wait for our room to open up. We had never experienced Michael's Club before and outside of the wonderful staff, I'm not sure of its benefit, at least in our situation. We had a premium beverage package so never felt the need to be isolated to enjoy a cocktail. We much preferred socializing with others in the Martini bar most nights. We also were afforded a Butler with our suite and he (Sujith) took care of our every need so we didn't require the services of the hostess/concierge services of Michael's Club. It is a wonderful place just not our cup of tea.

Our suite was wonderful. We very much enjoyed the extra space, larger balcony, our cabin attendant and our butler. We truly felt comfortable and pampered. Our butler made our dinner reservations every night, attended to excursions (we cancelled two) and brought our coffee nearly immediately upon calling every morning. One never need stand in line or take time out of your cruise for anything. Perfect. That being said, I believe the rooms could use a little upgrading. The sofa was rather old looking and the whirlpool in the bath didn't function properly. Outside of a few minor issues, the suite was fabulous. As previously stated we loved all the room, the views from floor to ceiling windows, the separate bedroom, walk in closet and double sink vanity in the bathroom to name but a few. Storage space was way beyond what we needed. The dining table for 4 was also a nice feature. Only one thing to be aware of when booking - you need to step over into the bathtub which is very high and may be an issue for some. Also, when in the tub if you use the shower, the ceiling is pretty low and would be an issue for tall persons i.e., those 6' and over.

Great cabin but could use a little refurbishing.
