We booked last minute, suite 7044 in Queens grill. Some aspects of cruise were excellent. The suite was a good size with large balcony and new balcony furniture. The much hyped refit did not include cabin furniture, our coffee table was damaged on the edge for instance and clearly not new. Just a detail. We had a very nice cabin steward (butler). The in suite fridge and free bottle of Bells and replaceable white wine was good. We also had champagne and fruit in the suite. Linen and towels were lovely and all kept spotlessly clean. The canapés were so bad we stoped them after second night. WHY proved 5 canapés for two people? Anyway the cold bits of toast and topping were uninspiring.
The Grills guests have private sundeck area. There's very limited shaded bits and no attempt to check on towels left hours on sun beds. When we went to move a bed into the shade the deck Stewart's removed towels but made no effort to bring replacement. He walked round offering drinks but did not tidy up beds eats and did not put clean towels on the beds. Many of the beds were Ben so that they rocked from front to back as you got up.
There is a very small outside downing area avail for lunch only, why not dinner in hot climate, even if pre booking needed?
Plenty of space. Odd layout with lots of doors. Other companies have much better table that can be raised and expanded if you do want food in your suite. Coffee machine and kettle fab for morning drinks.
Nice to visit for the day, move into back street
