Many of our concerns about the cruise are the things that we miss most about the experience. The crowds never materialized. We never waited in line for anything. We enjoyed the quietude of the cruise with often few people in the public places. We often dined alone but never felt lonely. The atmosphere of the ship coupled with the quality of passengers made for a comfortable, yet upscale experience. This is not a stuffy environment. The passengers were not pretentious. Rather, the laid-back, relaxed and welcoming spaces created a world of equality where joy, pleasure and relaxation were most sought. There were some couples we saw the first days and did not see again until the last day and vice versa.

We were fortunate to meet and spend time with some interesting people from across the country and even around the world. The casualness of the cruise allowed for easy conversations. Similarly, the excursions are small enough to contribute to more interaction among the other passengers.

What does luxury mean? For us, we never encountered any of the ship's personnel to be anything but kind, considerate, attentive, genuine, personal, professional...our room remained spotless, the drinks were plentiful, the wine flowed freely, the food always very good and served to our satisfaction. This was not grandeur luxury - it was luxurious to be treated so kindly and so effortlessly. The Voyager’s opulence and splendor reflected from everyone’s comfort and contentment.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Suite

Cabin G

Excellent location --forward --quiet hallway --perfect room --perfect size for two. Balcony was great to enjoy the outdoors all day or night. Although we were not part of the concierge deck, we did not lack of anything! The room service, the room steward, the location all contributed to an excellent cabin experience.
