Being it was our first cruise, we figured we would do a short one to see if we like it. Let me say this put a horrible taste in our mouth.

1. Staff would walk in your room pretty much unannounced. We were walked in on 2 different times in the middle of the afternoon AFTER they had already been in to clean so they had no business coming in again! I complained and all they said is they would check their cameras.

2. We travelled with my son and nephew. I specifically requested that they NOT be able to charge without my permission. I was told not once but twice (at booking and also upon receiving our sail and sign keys that the only two people that had charging privileges were myself and husband. On day 2 of checking our charges, low and behold, there were over $200 worth of charges on my sons card. He is not the type of kid to do anything maliciously in fact he came to us and asked if we put money on an account for him. Again, I complained and the answer I got was "were you with him".
