My husband and I wanted to get away since our kids were out of town. We were first time cruisers and had no idea what to expect. When we arrived everyone was friendly and tried to be helpful. ( Most frustrating part was getting 10 different answers from 10 different people) Although everyone was quiet friendly, no one seemed to know what they were talking about. I managed to set off the fire alarm in our room because of a hot shower. I was told (like I should of known) that I should of kept the bathroom door shut after a shower. I had no idea and there is no information on that. The remote control in the room was partially melted and worked when it wanted to. The rest of the room was clean. There is only one plug in for a phone so my husband and I had to rotate. Pool is extremely small and for the day at sea, extremely over crowded. My husband and I wanted to relax in the Jacuzzi but they were packed to the brim like sardines. We asked if there was an adults only pool and were told yes, to head out to Serenity. It ended up also being 2 Jacuzzi's filled to the brim and no pool. We left to play Bingo and spent the money for what we thought would be a couple hours to kill. You spend quite a bit of money on Bingo cards for 3 games. Wish we would of saved our money. It was a waste of time. Man in charge of Bingo was fun and nice! Food was good, lines went quickly and areas were clean. We went to the comedy club and had a good time just relaxing and laughing. (Kids were allowed at 2 shows and kicked out the last 2) I forget his name but the gentleman who was in charge of our room was very kind and friendly and called us by name! He was GREAT! We went into Ensenada and did not make any reservations through Carnival. Glad we didn't, it was so much cheaper to book things there through the locals. They are ready to take your money but come through on getting you where you need to be. We want to come again and bring our children. Maybe we won't care as much about things if we are busy with them and we just noticed more because it was quiet with just the two of us. As I stated, the welcoming crew was great! When you leave, not so much. They herd you like cattle and one man stopped to tie his shoe and got yelled at like he was in a Nazi prison camp. I couldn't even believe it. The lady was SO rude. I understand keeping the line moving, but there are some circumstances you have to stop. It almost felt like..... We got your money now get off our boat.

Small, but we expected that. It was big enough for 2 people
