First time with Seabourn. Hope not the last. If you look for bad comments, don't bother read this. Almost everything was great and near perfect in many cases. Embarkation and disembarkation was smooth has a wiper. Cabin was nice but I find the decor a bit drab. Ship is well design, elegant and specious. Service was friendly and professional everywhere except at the reception of The Gill where a girl show her lack of experience the two time we eat there. Dining was fantastic in all occasions. Thomas Keller sign the menus and it show. Filet Mignon, rack of lamb, available every evening if the regular menu don't interest you, we don't see that far and wide. Red wines was, like usual, served at more then 70 degree instead of 55 but they get use to my French taste and put the bottle in a bucket of ice for a few minutes for me. (for those who don't understand what I mean, do the experience next time you drink a Pinot Noir or a Cabernet, you will taste the difference). Champagne, caviar and Sauternes every days, that's real vacations. Seabourn is really one of the top on the Cruise Industry and you could easily see and enjoy the difference. Bravo and thank you.
beautiful but not to much to do of you're not multi-millionaire
