Well it was good from day 1 until about day 3. Then our food service kept on getting slower and slower. This would mean we would start dinner around 5:30 and end at around 8- when other people would be starting to sit down. I have no Idea why.The waiters were wonderful, but it was very slow. On day 4 my nephew was doing an approved game from the teen room where he had to turn off an xbox, so he did it and this man ASSAULTED HIM. The man was thrown off the ship but not before they took 3 hours of our time in port (while we had an excursion planned) waiting for the police to show up and make my nephew, niece, and daughter fill out police reports. Then RCI would refuse to give my brother and sister in law any legal documents and claimed they needed a lawyer to do so. And throughout the remainder of the cruise none of the staff even asked how my nephew was. Just awful. The only reason i'm giving this a 2/5 is because the shows were nice and cleaning lady was nice. However the balcony had footprints on the glass from the past room holders- which she could have easily wiped down. Half of the elevators were broken for at least 7 days. And one last thing- for half the trip the ifly was broken and te north star was only 3 minutes long despite pretty much no reservations for it and it being a 9 night cruise.

Port Reviews

Bayonne (Cape Liberty)

Got on the boat quite easily, which was nice.

King's Wharf

The beach we went to was nice- however quite crowded.

Labadee

It was not as busy as I thought it out to be. however it is very easy to get a burn there and the aqua-park was not worth it- as they only have about 4 good rafts and the rest are impossible to get on or they are super crowded.
