This was our (two of us) third cruise with P&O Australia, and fourth overall.

We started our cruise with a wonderful lunch and drinks (highly recommend the tom yum cocktail) on the balcony of Wild Ginger Thai restaurant overlooking Circular Quay dock. Check in was quick and we were on board within 15 min of dropping off our luggage.

The ship has been very tastefully decorated and is true to the photos and reviews posted on this website and others. The public areas are light, airy and relatively upmarket. The cabins and hallways though have not been renovated so there is a distinct downgrade as you walk through these. Nevertheless they were spotless and very well maintained throughout the cruise.

Cabin Review

Cabin ID/interior

The cabins on this ship have not been refurbished at all. They are showing their age and hopefully will be re-done soon. Our cabin was small but had lots of storage space, bed was comfortable enough and had nice linen. The bath room was functional and the shower was always hot with good pressure. Cabin was very clean upon arrival and kept that way throughout the cruise.
