I wanted to see Norway, Silcer Cloud came on... Italian-family-owned Silversea company tried to squeeze all possible $$$ as long as possible from this ship, by my cruise it was almost impossible to deal with this old ship conditions: very old, very cold for a half cruise (58°F/14°C) & broken equipment in the very small, over-stuffed gym; not working AC (at the beginning of the cruise it was too cold, then too hot, temperature in the room was set centrally, you can't set your own temperature control), casino was like sauna; room decor & design were too old & uncomfortable. 2 girls at reception, except Robert, were clueless, incompetent; the shorter dark lady at the boutique store talks like she's selling home-craft stuff on the street market, not several-thousands jewelry; most waiters were very nice, friendly & polite, but never knew information about food they're serving.... I don't want to go on & on.... Long story short: this ship is not what would you expect from a luxury, 6-star company paying them $1000/day for a regular balcony room/suite! :(
