we have been on many carnival crusies in the past and enjoyed with little problems. this on started with problems once on the ship. The app almost never worked, and need the app for almost everything to keep track of spending to entertainment Without the app it was hard to know what activities and pools were included in price., request from housekeeping took forever. Getting off ship they ruined my luggage. The food was hit or miss.Some nights at dinner the food was good other times too overcooked. The shore excursion to bermuda which was the aquiriam and snorkle was disapointing. not the best snorkling place or zoo.There was always a line at coustomer service due to everyone having so many problems The muster drill did not make anyone feel safe. The areas were so badly packed with people you could not even get to your assigned sation.. An up note,the entertainment was great and engaging. Good job Emma and entertainment staff.
for a redone ship the cabin needed work, especially the balcony. we traveled with special needs that were requested 5 months before sailing and on the ship. it took two more request to get something that looked unusable. there were three of us in the room with only enough towels and glasses for two. the wifi dint even work half the time. and took the advice of this site to take magnets but no metal in room to be found
