Silversea is one of the premier cruise lines BUT they have put their bottom line before their sterling reputation.
Every document relating to Wi-Fi states "Complementary Wi Fi Throughout The Ship". Then you get on the ship and find out its limited to one free hour per person per day. Totally misleading and unacceptable.
Also they have a charity that they run that I am sure is a wonderful organization BUT passengers get a letter saying they will be charged a dollar per day per passenger unless they opt out. Shame on Silversea. Had it been "opt in" we probably would have made the donation but when they made it "opt out" we did. Instead Silversea should make the donation on our behalf using some of the money that we spent to be on their ship.

Veranda Suite
Great cabin. Excellent bed, very good service. Very large bathroom with great shower. A bathtub for anyone who prefers that route.
Interesting itinerary, especially Rouen, Bilbao, La Corunna, and of course Lisbon.
