The management team, tour guides, boat staff, chef/dining room staff were second to none. They were professional, personable, knowledgeable and took care of our needs to perfection. We were very pleased with all of the excursion options. Uniworld took care of all of our needs. From the moment we handed over our luggage to the staff at the airport to travel to the hotel (we opted for an early arrival in Budapest two days before boarding the boat) until we were being transferred to the airport to go home, all of our accommodations were taken care of: transfers from airport to hotel, transfers from hotel to boat, transfers to all tours and airport. We had a carefree, relaxing experience and could enjoy the trip, totally, because all of our travel needs, meals, excursions were all planned very carefully and executed to perfection.
