This was our first river cruise and we had never heard of UniWorld prior to our travel agent recommending them. Well I have to say, this company was fantastic, great food, wonderful crew who couldn't do enough to help and assist. One of the guest fell ill during the cruise, the captain arranged a taxi, went with the couple to the hospital, translated for them and waited with them until they could return to the boat, this was amazing service. We were not just guest, we felt like family, up there as one of our best holidays and we have had a few. All drinks were included in the price and there was no shortage of them, shore excursions were well planned with no issues and our entertainer engaged with us in a happy and friendly manner. We made a number of friends during this trip and hope to keep in contact with them in the future. My husband and I would defintely do another Uniworld trip.
