Flock at sea 2017: We saw wonderful seabirds, all of them lifers and that is exactly why we joined this cruise. It was fantastic to share the birdwatching experience with 2000 other birders. Most of them were wonderful people. We learnt a great deal about seabirds. The talks about penguins and albatrosses were out of this world. The food was ample, fine and almost always available. The wine selection was a bit thin. The cabin was more comfortable than we hoped for. All staff were friendly. Embarkation was slow and tedious. Disembarkation was fast. There is in my opinion not really anything to complain about apart from the slow embarkation. The trip was very affordable. Should Flock at sea be on Sinfonia in four years time we won't hesitate to join. Everyone should at least once go out on the open ocean, because it is an awesome experience. Keep up the good work.
