This was an average rated cruise. the bedding in cabin - torn, dirty nappy's left in bin in bathroom. bar and dining staff, very rude, no manners, couldnt even crack a smile. were jsut not interested in being at your service. no wow factor to food, all mass produced and most meats were tough. no real inspiration as far as food goes, the best meal of the day was breakfast on deck 11..

Not enough barmen behind bars, this made it choas standing in queys..which ended up waiting for ever to get at least one drink.

And dont go for the drinks packages. it worked out way more expensive than doing it normally. ticket was for up to $4.80, if you wanted a beer @ $2.. You would be wasting the other $2.80.. One ticken meant only 1 drink, unless you plan on drinking cocktails all the time, then it is work it... We were sold a booklet @ r750.. When we checked at the desk on our account - it showed up as r800.. The ladies at reception couldnt do anything about the extra charge and even admitted that the bar crew sometimes does that.so we just had to pay... (UNACCEPTABLE)
