cruise for my birthday. why do Thomson use old noisy and full of vibration ships? maybe because they buy them cheap 2nd hand from other cruise lines. will never use this ship again -or even Thomson. their idea is to make money - not give customer satisfaction. the staff try hard but there is not enough of them. spent hour and a half just for breakfast. after that went to self service buffet restaurant.-entertainment was vey good but - again not enough choice. tours are very expensive for what you got -again -Thomson more greed to make more money.

asked to change /upgrade cabin to get away from vibration even though I had already paid to upgrade to higher deck. said I would pay more .- reception said they would let me know -but never did. did this problem start when Thomson became TUI?

such a shame as have used Thomson for many years but not sure with the way they now operate how long they will stay in business
