NCL was good but cancelled Harvest Caye the morning of the stop with bogus excuse

We booked our cruise specifically to go to Belize.
The weather was great. Things were going well. A half hour before we were supposed to dock at Harvest Cay the announcer said stray storm the night before ruined the dock. So we spent the day anchored at Sea (with spa and casino in full blast with people spending money). I did some research and learned NCL cancels Harvest Cay and their own island in the Bahamas a lot. Is there something we can do?
They could have at least taken us to Belize CIty instead of just holding us hostage on the boat.
If a "stray" storm ruins a cement pier how can the pier hold the ship???? The ship gets tied to it.
NCL saved and made so much money of cancelling the stop.
We enjoyed the beverage package.
Costa Maya was a very dirty place. The $20 beach massages people rave about were not what you expect. We would not eat there or drink anything but bottled beer. I can't believe they woudl stop there.
Cozumel was a good port.

We were given two beds to push together and had a crack between us which was really annoying.
