My husband wanted to take me on a cruise to celebrate my 50th. We have traveled quite a bit over the years but have never been on a cruise. I always thought I would feel confined and ready to get off the boat. I was quite impressed with my first cruise on Anthem. It was an incredible experience from start to finish. There was absolutely no hassle at Cape Liberty. We simply dropped our luggage where instructed, literally walked through security check with ease, took a picture, got on an escalator and in minutes from drop off, we were on the ship, getting our party started. From the ports of call, shows, spa experience, gym, dining and just hanging in the solarium, everything was just perfect. I loved that when I needed a quiet spot, there were quite a few places I could go like Vintages.I of course enjoyed the adult only solarium. This is a beautiful ship. The service overall was fantastic. When disembarking from ship, again, very well organized, no stress going through immigration. I will be traveling on Royal Caribbean International for my next cruise. Looking forward to Symphony in 2018.
