We chose this cruise as part of a eight-day tour of Norway. We enjoyed every minute of the cruise. The ship was well maintained and had been recently updated. Our cabin on Deck 5 was larger than expected, and the staff was very helpful. The breakfasts were outstanding -- a large buffet each morning. Several dining options for lunch and dinner. The panoramic view from the upper deck was great for seeing the coastline. Plenty of opportunities to take photos. Enjoyed visiting Alesund along the way. Boarding was made efficient by excellent staff. Although we were told not to expect a typical cruise line since the Nordkapp is a working boat, we found it to be clean, comfortable and better organized that many cruise lines we have used in the past. Enjoyed meeting other couples visiting Norway for the first time. Very relaxing and stress free. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Norway.
