We wanted to see Bali and the Komoto Dragons. The Encore is only 6 months old,a real pretty ship, staterooms are quite large, double sinks in bathroom, big screen tv,good size balconies. If you are new to Seabourn, the Seabourn Square is a new concept on deck 7, this where the reception and shore excursions are booked, they don't tell you this, you have to figure it out yourself. The gourmet coffee and ice cream shop is also there on deck 7.There are five places to eat on the ship, the food in general is good, although my wife got sick twice. The Grill,is the best and the ship restricts the number of visits to this reasturant. For more casual dining try the pool/ patio area. The bar man on deck 10 is the best, the worst deck 9.In general the service in all areas is not up to Seabourn standards, the service in the Main dining room is exceptionally spotty. The crew / passenger ratio on this ship seems to be out of whack.I would avoid this ship.
