We had cruised with MSC on Divina a few years ago so had an idea what to expect but the experience this time was much worse.

I suppose you get what you pay for and the package price, which included the all inclusive drinks, was one of the reasons we chose to try them again as well as the status match scheme that meant we were Gold Level.

Embarkation was not as bad as we expected and the ship was in general well maintained and clean. The staff were in the main polite (bar and housekeeping) and helpful apart from the constant attempts at upselling products and services day in day out and the photographers were rude and intrusive everytime you were anywhere near them.
