We were on the Voyager cruise in January from Auckland to Singapore. Our cabin was on deck 7. We had 3 broken pipes on our deck and times of no hot water, no water and black water. The Voyager lounge was closed for 2 days for another broken pipe there. The library had buckets on the floor to catch water. The tours were of poor quality and poorly organized and frequently weren't available. Our cabin creaked badly and engineering put wood wedges all along the ceiling to help with the noise. Other passengers had the same problems. I could say things happen and leave it at that but when we wrote corporate of the problems they didn't care enough to respond.

For the tours it seemed Regent was trying to get people to pay for tours when the free tours weren't available.

On the positive side the new menu at Compass Rose is very nice.

The size of the cabin and its location in the ship were wonderful. But the broken pipes and creaky ceiling took away from the enjoyment.
