We wanted to visit places we would probably never go to on our own. Seeing Iceland, Greenland, and Newfoundland were a dream come true. Viking once again out did themselves with service, planned excursions, entertainment, and extremely interesting lectures each day. The ship was beautiful and our cabin was roomy and gorgeous and complete with a fantastic view. The meals were always wonderful whether we ate in the dining room or the buffet. Loved being able to have wine/ beer for lunch and dinner with no extra cost. We attended every evening's entertainment and was never disappointed. The daily lectures were so very interesting with whale watching added. The daily introduction to the ports we stopped at were also very interesting and helpful and certainly added to the overall experience. Most of our fellow travelers were in our age group and this was another added benefit of meeting like minded people. Highly recommend any of the Viking cruises!
