The service was great, the cabins and beds were comfortable. The itinerary was fantastic. Embarkation and disembarkation went very smoothly. The food was good and they were good about meeting food sensitivities. The excursions onto Cape Horn and the other islands were mostly great, in spite of some bad weather. There were one or two guides who weren't the best when we were at Wulaia Bay. Also the instructions leading up to that excursion were confusing since their slide show beforehand had some mistakes. But, all in all, we were happy with the excursions.

It was amazing how they moved so many people so efficiently when we did disembark on the islands. We also felt that the safety standards were very good.

The store had things that were helpful, such as rain pants, which we had forgotten to bring.
