This was our second Uniworld cruise and it did not disappoint! The itinerary and adding Amsterdam and Switzerland made this trip one we will remember for many years to come. The Technik Museum Speyer was a welcomed surprise (and not on the itinerary). The cruise director and captain recommended the visit and so glad that we did not miss it.

The entire staff of the River Empress was friendly, attentive and accommodating. After several days into the cruise we experienced an issue with a leaky shower floor. The carpet in the cabin, along the outside wall of the shower, became wet. The Head of Housekeeping and our cabin housekeeper relocated us to another cabin, and moved all of our belongings into the reassigned cabin down the hall.

The itinerary was a perfect mix of activity, history, and relaxation. The all-inclusive is the only way to go. The rooms could use some refreshing (flooring, upholstery, etc.).
