The ads on PBS made the cruise look very appealing, and we were not disappointed. The crew and guides took such great care of us. We were never lost, uncomfortable, hungry or confused about anything during our travel. Our accommodations were top of the line, and we both felt that very kind people were taking care of all our needs. The food was diving with lots of choices. The meals were so pleasant with many seating options, yet it wasn't a crazy number of people. The entertainment was an unexpected pleasure.

The staff members were so friendly and helpful. We celebrated our 44th anniversary during the cruise. Both of us were so touched by everyone's participation and good wishes. We will always remember many of the special moments along the Danube.

The scenery and tours were just amazing and so well guided. All our tour guides had marvelous personalities and stories to share, as well as much history. Congratulations, Viking! You got it all right! Thank you

Cabin Review

Deluxe Stateroom with French Balcony

Cabin A

Our cabin provided everything needed. The sliding doors on the uppermost deck allowed us a great view along the river, plus we could open them for fresh air any time. The service and cleanliness were always topnotch.
