From start to finish this cruise disappointed on every level, having sailed with RCI out of Southamptn Venice and Barcelona the porters at the ports couldn't be more helpful but Miami all they are concerned with is their tip and if it isn't sufficient then watch out cases, we lost 1 and the people who we were travelling with used a different porter and the lost 2 all replaced by Royal Carribean but we were not the only people effected. The ques at customer service rep endless. Attire on formal night in the main dining room ranged f Shorts an gym tops to tux's and the people dressed less than casually looked down on those who had dressed smartly, what happened to Royal's dining rules?
having booked my time dining well in advance of this cruise every night it was a problem to find us a table and on more than one night the waiting staff in the restaurant gave the impression you were an inconvenience and service was slow, one night 4 rounds of bread were offered before the starters arrived!
Booked to see the musical Grease but turned up to find anyone had been let in and no seats again we were not the only ones and after complaining again another showing was added to the schedule.
Excellent space and very well looked free by our steward. Plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space to accommodate a family of 5. Nice addition of a fridge to the cabin.
Overwhelmed with the number of Jewelry hops and the number of peopl on the street trying to get you inside their shop
Old colonial style town that was a pleasure o wander round. Good discount shopping. Ralph Lauren outlet on sea front. Tried a Piina Colada in the bar it originated from - excellent
