Waiters This is the third time on this ship. Two from Southampton which was perfect, but not the Caribbean. To begin with no one to meet us at the airport, A representitive from CUNARD was very helpful... The any time dining doesn't,t work. EX over five minutes in the queue to give your cabin no, ten minutes wait to be seated, twenty minutes to place your order, another wait in between each course.. My husband left on two occasions,we thought the first time was a one off.. It seems too many guests for the waiters to cope with... Queues everywhere you went. The only place you didn't,t queue was your own stateroom. We were offered Chic for the last two nights. A lovely restaurant, Completely opposite to any time dining. Only managed the theatre once... The times there are 6.30 & 8.30 but these times are no good for later diners. I feel the last show should be 10.30 pm.. All the ports we visited were good. We are diamond plus members so have noticed the decline in services . Schooners (our favourite bar) especially with the shortage of staff. We weren't,t on the list for disembarkation transfer back to the airport. Had papers to say we clearly should be, it got sorted eventually but taken to airport and had to sit around for over nine hours till our flight time. Never had to do that before.... I will not fly to join the ship again ...Thank you
